We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's how our 3-day Returns and Exchange Policy works:
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused.
- It must have all original tags and be in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start the process, please reach out to us as outlined below.
How to Start a Return

- Request Approval: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Processing
- For Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via phone or email of our findings. If approved, refunds will be processed on your original payment method within three business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- For Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Ukuleles customized with pick-ups are non-returnable.
- Items with strap buttons or set-up add-ons are eligible for returns.
