At Island Bazaar Ukuleles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you're buying a high-end handcrafted ukulele, accessories, or beginner gear, our 3-day Return & Exchange Policy is designed to give you peace of mind.

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it

  • It must be unworn or unused

  • It must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

This applies to ukuleles, cases, tuners, straps, and other music accessories sold both in-store and online at islandbazaarukes.com.

🔎 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Contains manufacturing defects

  • Or is not what you ordered

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first

  2. Request return approval

    • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

  3. Ship the item back to us

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring high-value items

💳 Refunds & Exchange Processing

For Refunds:

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or phone

  • If the return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days

  • Banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the transaction

For Exchanges:

  • The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is approved

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized ukuleles with installed pickups

  • Heavily used or altered instruments

✅ Strap button installations and setup add-ons (e.g., action adjustment, fret polish) do not disqualify an instrument from being returned.
